Zahid C. is an experienced Agile leader and product owner with a strong background in banking and financial services. Currently serving as a Sr. Product Owner/Scrum Master at Bank of America, Zahid manages security framework and authentication platform development for critical banking systems. Previous roles include leading Agile delivery initiatives at OCC, driving digital transformation at Sims Lifecycle Services, and overseeing significant banking projects at CIBC and TD. Zahid holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Windsor, along with multiple post-graduate certificates in Data Sciences and Business Analysis from Sheridan College.
