Ingrid Sfeir has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Ingrid began their career as an Editor/Translator at SABA IP - Law Firm in 2001. In 2002, they worked as a Senior Editor at CPH Publishing House before transitioning to Byblos Bank as a Senior Media Relations Officer in 2003. In 2004, Ingrid started offering sworn translation services to various companies, NGOs, and UN agencies. Ingrid then joined Bank of Beirut as the Head of Media Relations in 2008 and later became the Digital/Web & IT Communications Specialist - PM in 2011, before being promoted to the role of Head of Communication and Engagement in 2016.

Ingrid Sfeir has a diverse education history. Ingrid obtained a Master Professionnel in Marketing & Communications from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires in 2009. In 2001, they earned a CELTA certification in English from the Royal Society of Arts - Cambridge University. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1998, they pursued a Masters degree in Translation at Universite Saint Joseph. Additionally, they obtained a BA in Living Languages from the same university between 1993 and 1996. Ingrid Sfeir completed their secondary education at College Notre Dame de Jamhour, receiving a Bac A2. Ingrid also holds various certifications, including Digital Marketing and Communication from Emeritus, Red Cross Safety from the Lebanese Red Cross, TTT (Train the Trainer) from Bank of Beirut, and is a Sworn Translator certified by the Lebanese Civil Court.
