Diane McCracken, CISSP, brings over 20 years of expertise in technology and banking to their current roles as CISO/CTO at Bank of Bird-in-Hand and as an Independent Business Owner at Infotect Consulting, LLC. Since September 2021, Diane has been overseeing information security operations while providing consulting services focused on governance, risk, and compliance. Prior experience includes significant positions at Customers Bank from June 2011 to October 2019 and as Information Security Officer at Sovereign Bank from 2005 to June 2011.
