Charles Zhang

Charles Zhang started their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer at Official Software. In 2004, they also worked at Bank of China in the Corporate Banking Department. The following year, they were a Summer Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets. From 2006 to 2015, they worked as an Investment Banking Senior Associate at McManus & Miles. In 2015, they briefly worked as an Investment Banking Senior Associate at Marathon Capital before joining Jefferies as an Investment Banking Senior Associate from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they were an Investment Banking Advisor at Merit Capital Advisors, LLC before becoming Vice President & Deputy Head of Americas Syndication Center at Bank of China.

Charles Zhang received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Virginia in 2006. Charles later earned a Master's Degree in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, graduating in 2010.
