Shailesh Jadhav has over 26 years of experience in the banking industry. SHAILESH is currently the President (Co-Head) of Corporate & Institutional Banking in India at Bank of China. Prior to this, they worked at Mizuho Bank as Assistant General Manager, where they successfully grew the business and acquired large MNC/corporate/institutional customer accounts. Before Mizuho Bank, Shailesh held the position of Manager at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where they played a key role in developing the Mumbai branch from scratch and creating a robust asset base. SHAILESH also contributed to the development of a new product and the restructuring of impaired assets. Earlier in their career, they worked at Shinhan Bank and Export-Import Bank of India, where they gained experience in business development, credit appraisals, relationship management, and more.

Shailesh Jadhav completed their SSC education at Shivaji Vidyalaya from 1970 to 1977. SHAILESH then attended R M Bhatt High School from 1978 to 1981 to complete another SSC degree. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering from 1984 to 1990. Lastly, they earned a Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies from 1990 to 1992.
