Lynette Chen

Lynette Chen is a UX manager at Bank of Communications Limited since March 2015, leading the UED team for the credit card center and overseeing UX design for internet financial products. Prior to this role, Lynette served as a senior interaction designer at Ctrip Technology, responsible for the interaction design of the Ctrip mobile app. Lynette has also held positions as a senior UX designer at Corel Corporation, where notable achievements included coordinating between project management and development teams, defining wireframes, and participating in the design review process for metro apps. Earlier experience includes roles at Rovi as a UX designer and content manager, where Lynette developed processes to enhance efficiency and communication among global teams. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Digital Media from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
