Andra Coleby

Andra (Orasanu) Coleby has an extensive background in financial policy and analysis, currently serving as an Advisor to the Financial Policy Committee at the Bank of England since July 2016, specializing in macroprudential strategy and risk. In addition to this role, Andra is a Steering Committee Member of the Employee Network and has held various managerial positions within the Resolution Directorate. Previous experience includes serving as a Next Generation Women Leader at McKinsey & Company and working as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on margin lending and collateral operations. Andra began a career in public policy as an intern with the Romanian Government. Educational qualifications include a degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
