Damian Heap

Damian Heap currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Polygon.io since March 2023, while also participating as a member of the Decision Makers Panel at the Bank of England since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Damian held several key financial positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director North America at Black Swan Data from June 2018 to March 2023, and VP Finance - Americas at Condeco from September 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, Damian worked as Group Finance Manager at Casual Dining Group from February 2015 to July 2016 and held various finance roles at CSC from December 2007 to January 2015. Damian earned a BA in Accounting & Finance from the University of East Anglia between 2004 and 2007.
