Joe Khouri

Joe Khouri is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Lead Policy Analyst in the Future Regulatory Framework at the Bank of England since July 2018, after holding two roles as Legal Counsel in the EU Withdrawal Unit and the Insurance and Deposit Takers Division within the Legal Directorate. Prior to this, Joe Khouri worked at Clifford Chance LLP from February 2005 to April 2017, where experience included being a Senior Associate with a focus on regulatory advisories and contentious cases involving major banks. Joe Khouri has also served as a Legal Secondee at Citi and LCH.Clearnet, deepening expertise in regulatory matters and legal documentation. Academically, Joe Khouri holds an LLB in Law, an LLM in International Economic Law, and a LPC from BPP Law School.
