Paul Egan

Paul Egan, MA Chartered FCIPD, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the People Strategy Partner for Technology and Governors Directorates at the Bank of England since January 2024. Previously, Paul held the position of Head of People Services at ScotRail, where responsibilities included leading the People Services Team and spearheading initiatives in Reward, Diversity, Engagement, and Inclusion. With significant experience in strategic HR roles, Paul has contributed to organizations such as Avanti West Coast and FirstGroup plc, effectively managing employee relations and workforce development. Paul holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of England, earned in 2013.
