Philip Temme

Philip Temme is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in credit and risk management across several prominent institutions. Currently a Senior Manager in Credit Risk at the Bank of England, Philip focuses on the supervision of major life insurers and the management of credit risk within investment portfolios. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Rating Advisory at ING Bank N.V. and Lloyds Bank PLC, where Philip provided strategic advice on credit rating processes and capital structuring. At Standard & Poor's, Philip directed corporate ratings and investor relations, managing relationships with major corporations and overseeing a significant number of published credit reports. Beginning a career in finance at Citibank as a Vice-President Relationship Manager, Philip structured deals and managed credit risks in the EMEA region. Educational qualifications include a BA/MA Hons in Modern History from the University of Oxford and a Master’s Degree in European History from Birkbeck, University of London.
