Ralph Cooke

Ralph Cooke is an experienced Senior Project & Change Manager at the Bank of England since December 2018, with extensive project management expertise in financial regulation and client onboarding. Previous roles include Project Manager at Crédit Agricole CIB, handling MiFID II client relationships; MiFID II Project Manager at Credit Suisse; and various project management positions at World First, IHS Markit, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and UBS Investment Bank, where responsibilities spanned IT project management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. Ralph holds both a Master's degree in Mathematical Trading and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from City St George’s, University of London.
