Rosey Jeffery

Rosey Jeffery has extensive experience in operational and communications roles at the Bank of England since April 2005, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Financial Stability. Previous positions include Senior Manager for the Financial Policy Committee Secretariat and Communications Lead for the Central Services Transformation Programme. Rosey also held various roles related to communication and operations, with periods of maternity leave, and has experience as a Private Secretary to an Executive Director and as a Press Officer. Rosey briefly worked on secondment with the Cabinet Office Supply Chains Unit from November 2021 to February 2022. Educational qualifications include a PG Dip in Human Resources Management from the University of West London and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
