John Dudek has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. John started their career at Rondout Savings Bank in 2006, where they worked as a Teller for a year before being promoted to Head Teller. After a year in that role, they became a Management Trainee and then transitioned into a Business Development Specialist position in 2009. John remained in that role until 2011.

In 2012, John joined The Bank of Greene County, where they started as a Management Trainee and progressed through various positions within the finance and accounting department. John worked as an Accounting Associate from August 2013 to January 2015 and then became an Accountant until January 2017. Subsequently, they assumed the role of Financial Analyst and later became a Finance Officer & Assistant Controller in January 2018, a role in which they continue to serve.

John Dudek attended Kingston High School. After graduating high school, they attended Ulster County Community College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration. In 2010, they also completed the Ulster County Leadership Development Institute program. John then went on to SUNY New Paltz, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from 2011 to 2012. Finally, they pursued their MBA in Public Accountancy at SUNY New Paltz from 2016 to 2018.
