Craig Togami

Craig Togami is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Director of Strategic Research & Insights at Bank of Hawaii. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Vice President and Manager of CX Insights at the same company. Craig also worked as a Vice President in Market Planning & Research at Bank of Hawaii. Before joining Bank of Hawaii, Craig was a Vice President at QMark Research and American Savings Bank. Craig began their career as a Research Executive at OmniTrak Group. Craig holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business and also attended the Pacific Coast Banking School.
