Hari Babu Sridharala

Hari Babu Sridharala began their work experience in 2000 as a Sr. Software Engineer at Anion Technologies, where they worked until 2003. Hari Babu then joined Satyam Computer Services as a Sr. Test Engineer from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they worked at IBM Global Services as a Manager, responsible for QA delivery for Data Stage product. Hari Babu collaborated with the onsite Test Manager to define the QA strategy and publish test execution dashboards. From 2006 to 2018, Hari worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Microsoft Corporation, where they collaborated with onsite and offshore QA teams for end-to-end test deliverables. Hari Babu published daily testing summaries and updates in Azure DevOps. Currently, Hari is a VP, IT QA Manager at Bank of Hope, where they work with onsite and offshore QA teams to provide QA estimates, publish test execution dashboards, and update Jira statuses with proper test case documentation and status.

Hari Babu Sridharala obtained an M.Sc in Computer Science from Andhra University between 1997 and 1999. Hari Babu also holds several additional certifications including MB-910T00 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2022, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) in 2019, Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, Certified SCRUM Master from SCRUM Alliance in 2009, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from Project Management Institute in October 2020. Hari Babu has also completed the Dale Carnegie Course and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
