Chris Thomas

Chris Thomas has extensive experience in human resources roles. Most recently, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank Of Idaho starting in June 2021. Prior to that, Chris was the Vice President of Human Resources at Moneytree from July 2019 to May 2021. They also held the position of Director of Compensation and Benefits at Southwest Gas Corporation from January 2018 to May 2019. Chris has a strong background in compensation strategy, employee engagement, and retention, as evidenced by their role as VP of People Services at Savage Services from September 2011 to December 2017. Additionally, they gained expertise in HR infrastructure and benefits management in their role as VP of HR Services at EnergySolutions from February 2007 to April 2011.

From 1990 to 1997, Chris Thomas attended Idaho State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration.
