Sara Wilmot has over 27 years of work experience in the banking industry. SARA started their career as a bank teller at Bank of Commerce in June 1994 and worked there until August 1997. In August 1997, they joined Bank of Idaho as the Vice President Operations Center Manager and held that position until September 2014. From September 2014 to October 2017, they worked as a VP Retail Banking Community Banker. SARA then served as the Vice President Director of Bank Operations from October 2017 to March 2022. From March 2022 to July 2023, they held the role of Vice President Admin - BSA/AML Officer. Currently, they are working as the Vice President Deputy Chief Risk Officer at Bank of Idaho.
Sara Wilmot obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Idaho State University, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they earned an Associate's degree in Business from the same institution. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Sara attended Pacific Coast Banking School, where they pursued studies in Organizational Leadership.
