Emma Baker

Emma Baker has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Director in the Group CEO Office at Bank of Ireland since December 2010. Baker has held various leadership roles, including Head of Retail Strategy & Planning and Lead Commercial Partner for Retail Costs & Strategic Change. Prior experience includes serving as Internal Audit Manager at National Irish Bank and Financial Services Audit & Assurance Manager at KPMG in Ireland, where responsibilities involved managing audit teams and implementing a risk-based audit approach. Baker holds an ACA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, a Master's in Accounting from Smurfit School of Business, UCD, and a Bachelor's in Commerce from University College Dublin.
