Joe McCarthy QFA PMP® is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business change delivery, operations, and transformation within the Bank of Ireland since August 2002. Currently serving as Head Of Business Change Delivery, Joe leads the Corporate Lending Transformation program leveraging Salesforce and the nCino platform to optimize the lending journey and ensure regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Head of Operations & Robotics Capability, where Joe developed a strategic business case for operational improvements and cost reductions, and Programme Manager for value stream projects in account opening. Joe's leadership also extended to branch management, achieving significant profit growth and successfully managing a major refurbishment. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate in Change Management from Dublin City University and a Diploma in Business Finance from the Irish Management Institute.
