Lauren O'Sullivan

Lauren O'Sullivan is an accomplished Business Transformation Specialist at Bank of Ireland, with an extensive career spanning from September 2014 to the present. Lauren has held various leadership and training roles within the bank, including Team Leader for both the Everyday Banking - KBC Transition Support Team and Direct Channels, as well as acting in product training and customer service capacities.
