Avital Segal

Avital Segal is an experienced accountant currently working at the Bank of Israel since January 2020. Prior to this role, Avital served as a lecturer in Business Programming (Excel VBA) at the Lev Academic Center from 2014 to January 2020. Additionally, Avital held the position of Internal Auditor and Team Leader at Schmidt Ben Tsvi Perlstein CPA from February 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included leading internal audits for government offices and producing financial statements for public institutions. Earlier experience includes an internship at Aboulafia Avital Shrensky & Co, focusing on auditing small companies and producing financial statements. Avital holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Data Science from the Jerusalem College of Technology (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the same institution (2010-2013).
