Elad DeMalach serves as a Research Economist in the Macroeconomic and Policy Division at the Bank of Israel since August 2020. Prior to this role, Elad was a Teaching Fellow at Tel Aviv University from March 2018 to September 2020 and at Hadassah College Jerusalem from October 2014 to July 2018. Elad began working at the Bank of Israel as a Graduate Research Assistant from August 2014 to December 2017. Academic credentials include a PhD in Economics from Tel Aviv University (2018-2023), a Master’s Degree in Economics (Research Track) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2015-2018), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Economics, and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2012-2015).
