Hani Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hani started their career in 1999 as a transaction room member at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank. Hani then worked as a math assistant at Splandid, Operational Leasing Company LTD. from 2000-2001. After that, Hani joined Hadassah Medical Center and served as an economist from 2001-2005, and later became the Head of Budget Control Unit, Budget Planning, and Control Division from 2005-2010. In 2012, they worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at 'Tochen' - Planning, Economics, and Management Ltd. until 2013. Hani then joined the Bank of Israel in 2015 as an Economist in the Planning and Economics unit of the Director General's Office until 2018. From 2019 onwards, they have been serving as the Head Quarter HR & Administration Division for the Bank of Israel.
Hani Wagner completed a Master's degree in Law studies for economics, business administration, and accounting graduates from Bar-Ilan University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, Hani earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Hani also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which was obtained from 1997 to 2000.
