Shira Miron

Shira Miron has over 12 years of experience in recruitment and talent management. Shira is currently the Head of Career Management & Employer Branding at the Bank of Israel, where they are responsible for recruiting employees across various departments. Prior to this role, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at the Bank of Israel, leading innovative recruitment processes. Before joining the bank, Shira was the Recruitment Manager - IT at InTec Hi-Tech Recruitment, where they managed a team of recruiters and specialized in the Hi-Tech and technology field. Shira also has experience as a Recruiter at Shiluv-Taldor, where they focused on technology recruitment for high-tech companies in Israel and the public sector.

Shira Miron obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Psychology at the same university from 2010 to 2013.
