Basmeh al Hartani

Basmeh Al Hartani holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Applied Science University in Jordan, completed in 2000. Currently serving as the Strategic Planning and Studies Department Manager at Bank of Jordan since March 2016, Basmeh has been instrumental in developing the bank's Strategic Plan for 2018-2020, which emphasizes the retail sector and encompasses various projects supporting both retail and other bank sectors. Prior experience at Bank of Jordan includes roles as the Head of the Research and Studies Unit and Planning & Research Officer, where Basmeh contributed to expansion studies, branch management, and economic reporting. Responsibilities also included overseeing performance management using the Balanced Scorecard methodology.
