Shannon Welch

Shannon Welch is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in branch management and financial operations. Currently serving as Vice President Branch Manager at Bank of Marin since February 2023, Welch previously held the position of Branch Manager at Golden 1 Credit Union from November 2014 to March 2023. Prior to that, experience includes serving as AVP Financial Center Manager at Technology Credit Union from May 1999 to January 2013, overseeing multiple financial centers and establishing annual budgets and sales goals. Earlier roles include Internal Auditor and Branch Manager at Bank of America, focusing on auditing practices and branch operations for a significant number of locations in the East Bay region. Welch earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from San José State University and completed the Western CUNA Management School program from 2008 to 2010.
