Santiago Ramirez, MBA, currently serves as Vice President/Branch Manager III at Exchange Bank since June 2016, overseeing all branch operations, employee performance, client engagement, and lending activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Santiago consistently meets production targets through strategic planning and talent development. Prior to this, Santiago worked as a Senior Relationship Banker III, managing branch operations with a focus on regulatory compliance and employee mentoring. From June 2005 to April 2016, Santiago was the General Manager at Cellairis, directing store operations and engaging in sales forecasting and supplier negotiations. Santiago holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Management from Hamline University.
