Tom Frasher

Tom Frasher has a lengthy work history in the banking and financial industry. Tom started their career as a Senior Bank Examiner for the State of Missouri - Division of Finance, where they gained experience in conducting examinations and passed the Examiner's test. From there, they joined Camden County Bank as a Cashier and head of operations, implementing an employee evaluation system and safeguard procedures. After that, they worked for Buerge Bancshares, Inc. as a Loan Review specialist, setting up an internal loan review system and successfully addressing examiner criticisms.
