Fei Pan

Fei Pan is an accomplished professional in portfolio optimization and business lending, currently serving as the Manager of Portfolio Optimisation and previously as the Acquisition & Retention Manager at Bank of New Zealand since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Insights Manager at ANZ and Senior Analyst at Westpac New Zealand Limited. Fei Pan's career began at BNZ in marketing and digital insights analytics, and also includes a solid foundation in business analysis and academia as a Teaching Assistant and Researcher at The University of Auckland. Fei Pan holds a BSc Honours in Applied Statistics from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick.
