Garth Taylor

Garth Taylor has extensive experience in finance and performance management across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as GM Enterprise Performance at Bank of New Zealand since May 2017, Garth has advanced from Senior Finance Business Partner to Head of Performance Reporting, delivering critical management information to senior leadership. Prior roles include Global Finance Director at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities involved establishing finance processes for the Strategic Liquidity Reserve, and VP - Treasury Decision Support at RBS Markets & International Banking, focusing on balance sheet modeling for strategy development. Garth also held the position of Finance Business Leader at NZX and gained foundational taxation expertise as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte New Zealand. Garth holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington.
