Sarah Hughes is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Planning & Ops Manager on secondment at the Bank of New Zealand, Sarah has held various roles in brand experience and communications at the same organization since May 2018. Prior to this, Sarah was an Account Director at The Union, leading a team responsible for key projects such as the Scottish Government’s Parental behaviour change activity and VisitScotland. This role contributed to The Union winning Star Agency of the Year at the 2017 Star Marketing Awards. Earlier positions include Senior Account Manager roles at Colenso BBDO and Federation Limited, as well as foundational roles at .99 and Adtraction Marketing. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration from Victoria University of Wellington and has furthered marketing education through the Marketing Association.
