Pcm Skylar Mearing

Skylar Mearing has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2016 to the present, Skylar has been with Bank of Oak Ridge, starting as a Marketing & Communications Manager and later being promoted to the role of Director of Marketing & Vice President. Prior to joining Bank of Oak Ridge, Skylar worked as a Marketing Manager at Pace Communications in 2015. From 2012 to 2015, Skylar held the position of Manager of Marketing & Business Development at Todd Herman Associates. Before that, Skylar worked at The Volunteer Center of Greensboro in multiple roles, including Director of Non-Profit Membership and Volunteer Engagement, and Event Coordinator. In 2010, Skylar worked as a Team Leader for Credit and Collections at American Express. Skylar's earliest professional experience was as a Marketing and Product Management Intern at Cook Medical in 2009.

Skylar Mearing pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 2005 and 2010. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in a study abroad program at Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik in 2007. Skylar obtained the Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) certification from the American Marketing Association in August 2022.
