Mindy Mahaney

EVP & Chief Risk Officer at Bank of Oklahoma

Mindy Mahaney is executive vice president and chief risk officer for BOK Financial. As chief risk officer, Mahaney is responsible for enterprise-wide risk management and ensuring the company’s compliance with government regulations.

She previously served as chief operating and administrative officer for the company’s wealth management division and has been with BOK Financial since July 2008. Prior to her role as chief operating officer, she served for five years as a senior business group controller for consumer banking, wealth management, treasury and international services, and the Colorado and Kansas City commercial markets.

Before joining BOK Financial, Mahaney served as chief financial officer for SpiritBank for six years and worked as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, LLP for 10 years.

Mahaney is a certified public accountant, and graduated with a degree in Agricultural Economics and Accounting from Oklahoma State University. She also holds her Series 7 license.

Mahaney serves on the board and finance committee for Financial Safety Center in Tulsa, Leadership Oklahoma and Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
