Scott B. Grauer

EVP, Wealth Management & CEO, BOK Financial Securities, Inc. at Bank of Oklahoma

Scott Grauer is executive vice president for wealth management at BOK Financial Corporation and CEO of the company’s the broker/dealer BOK Financial Securities, Inc. In his current role, Grauer is responsible for the company’s wealth management business lines in all markets, including institutional wealth, private bank, and international banking. He serves as chairman of the company’s registered investment adviser, Cavanal Hill Investment Management. Grauer holds numerous FINRA securities licenses, registrations and designations.

Grauer joined BOK Financial in 1991 as part of the company’s acquisition of an independent retail brokerage operation and was named manager of BOKF Financial Securities, Inc. (formerly BOSC, Inc.) retail in 1996. In late 1999, he was named president and CEO of the firm and assumed responsibilities for retail, institutional and investment banking activities when BOK Financial first combined these units under one organization.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas.
