Teng Foung Lee

Teng Foung Lee is an experienced mobile technology leader currently serving as AVP, Mobile iOS Tech Lead at both Bank of Singapore and OCBC Bank since June 2022. Previously, Teng held the position of Principal Mobile Engineer at Photobook Worldwide from October 2018 to June 2022, leading the iOS mobile team and providing mentorship on modern mobile technologies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Mobile Developer at REA Group - Asia, where Teng developed a multi-region property agency mobile app, and as Senior Mobile Team Lead & Architect at Hexa Initiative, focusing on scalable mobile app design for major telecom and media clients. Teng's career began as a Software Engineer at Exact, maintaining an integrated ERP system. Teng holds an Advance Diploma in Information System Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, completed in 2008.
