Jones Nahamo

Jones Nahamo is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information technology and management. Currently serving as an IT Audit Officer at BSP Financial Group Limited since September 2023, Jones has previously worked as a Technopreneur at WanTok Pacific from January 2017 to August 2023 and as a Senior Information Technology Engineer at RT Fiber New Zealand in early 2023. Jones's expertise encompasses telecommunications, networking, VoIP, P2P, LAN, WAN, CCTV, and fiber optics. In prior roles, Jones was the OIC Information Technology and IT Project Team Leader at the Department of Implementation & Rural Development, and served as an ICT Team Leader for Networking at the APEC Coordination Authority in Papua New Guinea. Jones has held the position of Information Communication Technology Administrator at the Department of Prime Minister & NEC as well. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Management from Divine Word University, a BSc in MSCS from the University of Papua New Guinea, and training at the Open Cybersecurity & Information Assurance Institute.
