James Chaffin is currently the CFO and Exec. VP Operations at Bank of St Francisville since August 1992. Prior to that, James served as the CFO at Commercial Bank from 1985 to 1992. James holds a BS in Accounting from Louisiana State University where James graduated in 1981. James attended Broadmoor High School from 1973 to 1977.
