Marc C. Maun

EVP & Chief Credit Officer at Bank of Texas, N.A.

Marc Maun is chief credit officer at BOK Financial Corporation. He is responsible for all aspects of credit administration, including credit approval, policy administration, loan portfolio reporting, loan and appraisal review, and loan workouts.

During his 32-year career with BOK Financial, Maun has overseen significant business divisions such as Treasury, International Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Banking and Correspondent Banking. Most recently, Maun served BOK Financial for two years as the chairman and CEO of Bank of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City. Before moving to Oklahoma City in 2013, Maun was chairman and CEO of Bank of Kansas City (now known as Mobank). Under his leadership, Bank of Kansas City grew from a start-up bank in 2006 to more than $440 million in total assets and 130 employees.

Maun is a board member of the Gilcrease Museum National Advisory Council, Impact Tulsa, University of Tulsa Friends and the TU Collins College of Business Executive Council. He is also a graduate of Leadership Tulsa, Class XX and Leadership Oklahoma, Class XI. Maun has served as member of Alzheimer’s Association Memory Gala committee (2017) and will be chairing the event in 2018.

Maun earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The University of Tulsa and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
