Carmela Santico

Carmela Santico has over 27 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Head of Recruitment at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) since June 2005. Prior roles at BPI include HR Business Partner, Recruitment Manager, and Career Management Head. Prior to joining BPI, Carmela held the position of Recruitment Head at Prudential Bank from January 2000 to June 2005, as well as Recruitment Head at Pilipinas Bank from October 1996 to December 1999.
