John Paulo Cruz has extensive experience in technology support and management, currently serving as an Assistant Manager - Technology Support Officer at Bank of the Philippine Islands since August 2018. In this role, John Paulo leads technical support efforts, addressing user issues related to internal systems, hardware, and network problems while collaborating with IT teams to resolve significant incidents. Previously, John Paulo held various positions including Assistant Manager - System Planning & Process Integration and Assistant Manager - Business Bank Portfolio Account Management within the same organization, as well as significant roles at GHD and Deutsche Bank focusing on hardware asset management, technical support, and IT operations.
