Jake Soerens

Jake Soerens is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of IT at Bank of the Sierra since June 2007. In this role, Jake is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions, ensuring that operations meet customer, branch, operational, and regulatory requirements while supporting and maintaining existing applications and developing new technical solutions. Prior to this, Jake held various positions at Chino Commercial Bank from 2003 to 2007, including Vice President and IT Manager, Vice President and Bank Applications Manager, and Network Administrator. Jake holds a degree in Business with a focus on Information Systems and Spanish from Dordt University, completed in 2003.
