Veruska Fernandez possesses a robust background in finance and economics, with a current role as Gerente de Tesorería del Fideicomiso at Banco de Venezuela since November 2017, where responsibilities include managing cash flow and developing investment strategies. Previous experience includes serving as a Finanzas Specialist at Mercantil Banco, where cash flow management was key, and as a Senior Trader at DELSUR BANCO UNIVERSAL, focusing on fixed income financial operations and macroeconomic analysis. Early career stages involved internships at both DELSUR and Banco Central de Venezuela, where economic research and credit analysis were conducted. Veruska holds a Master’s degree in Financial Institutions and International Finance from UCAB, along with a degree in Economics from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
