Stephen Harris has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as an intern at the United States Senate. In 2011, they joined the Bank of Yazoo as a Bank Teller, where they worked until 2012. Stephen then became an Account Services Rep/Fedline Operator from 2012 to 2014 and an Assistant BSA Officer from 2015 to 2017. From 2014 to 2017, they also served as an AVP - Operations. In 2017, they were promoted to AVP-Operations & Cashier and held this position until 2022. Currently, they are working as the Vice President Operations at the Bank of Yazoo.

Stephen Harris obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Mississippi State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
