Al Grygiel

Al Grygiel has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, focusing primarily on commercial real estate and banking management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bank OZK since October 2015, Grygiel has previously held senior positions at Paragon Bank, SunTrust Bank, and several other financial institutions, including Indymac Bank and Wachovia Bank. Grygiel's diverse background includes ownership and management of Terra Group, LLC, providing advisory services to financial institutions and private equity firms. Grygiel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from East Carolina University.
