Anthony Patterson

Anthony Patterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contact center management and operations. Currently serving as a Call Center System Administrator at Bank OZK since July 2024, Anthony previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of the Contact Center and Contact Center Manager at Arkansas Federal Credit Union from November 2020 to July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Team Manager/Assistant Manager of Operations at Walmart eCommerce and various supervisory positions at AAA Texas, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring performance metrics, implementing improvement plans, and ensuring operational efficiency.
