Brian Smith

Brian Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of OZK Labs at Bank OZK since September 2016, Brian oversees strategic initiatives and aligns the division's objectives with the bank's overall strategy. Previously, in the role of VP of Product Management, Brian directed product strategy and resource allocation for the OZK Labs portfolio, cultivating relationships with stakeholders to ensure business alignment. Earlier experience includes a Product Manager position where Brian led the development and launch of a key application for the Real Estate Specialties Group. Prior to Bank OZK, Brian completed a Management Associate Program at C1 Bank that included a rigorous training curriculum. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
