Joshua Youngblood

Joshua Youngblood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and church leadership. As the VP Business Development Officer at Bank OZK since October 2021 and previously as a Banking Center Manager at PointBank and Bank of America, Joshua has demonstrated strong management skills and a track record of improving profitability. In addition to his banking career, Joshua has served as Lead Pastor at Grace Church, where responsibilities include managing a volunteer staff of over 60 and leading a congregation of 500, while also coordinating multiple ministries. Academic contributions as an Adjunct Professor at Midwestern State University highlight expertise in business education, teaching courses such as Foundations of Business and Principles of Marketing.
