Kristi Harper

Kristi Harper is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment portfolio management and marketing. Since February 2016, Kristi has held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Portfolio Management at Bank OZK, following a role as Vice President and Assistant Portfolio Manager. Prior to this, Kristi served at ALM First Financial Advisors from March 2009 to February 2016, progressing through several positions including Director of Marketing and Manager of Business Development. Kristi's earlier experience includes roles at Bank of the Ozarks as a Portfolio Servicing Officer and at Millennium Capital Advisors as Compliance and Client Relations Manager. Educational credentials include attendance at the SW Graduate School of Banking from 2021 to 2023 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, earned between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, Kristi completed secondary education at Llano High School from 1991 to 1995.
