Kristin Weatherford

Kristin Weatherford, CRCM, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Compliance - Lending Advisory at Bank OZK since December 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance monitoring and advising on consumer regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Kristin held various compliance positions at Centennial Bank from September 2016 to December 2020, culminating as a Senior Compliance Analyst, where skills in audit development and management advisory were honed. Earlier experience includes a Telecommunicator role at the City of Conway and an Assistant Manager position at Centennial Valley Apartments, as well as an Office Assistant role at the University of Central Arkansas. Kristin holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Linguistics and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Central Arkansas, earned in 2013.
